With the Escola de Samba Team-Workshop, we have one of the most outstanding team building measures in our portfolio.
This Samba Team Drumming Event focuses on experiencing joy, groove and team spirit. Through the various connections, metaphors and parallels of a well-functioning orchestra of this team event, all participants suddenly realize what makes good teamwork in everyday business life and how this condition can be transferred to the normal workspace.
With our music-didactic concept, the participants of this corporate event learn how a complete Samba Batucada piece is worked out together in a very short period of time.
After introducing the different instruments and how to play each participant receives their own instrument.
The team-produced samba piece with a distinctive beginning, samba grooves, solos and breaks will be finalized and recorded as a mp3-file using digital studio technology so that it can still ring in everybodies ears even after weeks and months after the event.
An essential part of the Escola de Samba Team-Workshop is dedicated to the communal experience of the (Samba) groove. A musical phenomenon that can also be described in a simplified way as team spirit, which is caused by a common rhythmic process.
Optionally, we can pick up on your current business topics in our moderation and work out the parallels and associations and anchor them sustainably for improved teamwork in your company.
Our Escola de Samba Team-Workshops can be conducted as an indoor or outdoor team building activity.
